The balance of culture and economic growth with the patterns that make up focal and populous points and how these facilitate interaction and social opportunities is defined in the identity of the town, an identity that permits a slow continual adjustment of natural human needs over time that develop into urban patterns. This is a study of Hill Town Pitigliano and the patterns the town has created.
