In 2006 w Jayme Cochrane and Russell Taylor wrote a paper on new architecture in Milan. The pretext explains that the paper emerged out of their experience in Milan. The gruppo wasn’t expecting what they found there as the years before the city had been somewhat stagnant in architectural development. To their suprise, though, there were many new, large scale projects in early stages of development.
